Hello Welcome to Olarte Coaching. One of the things that people always ask me is how to start a sport activity. For this reason today I am going to talk about fitness.


You don’t have to be a bodybuilder or professional athlete to reap the benefits of strength training. When done correctly, strength training can help you lose fat, increase your strength and muscle tone, and improve your bone density. However, if you don’t do it right, weight training won’t give you these benefits and can even lead to injury.

There are many reasons why people nowadays go to a gym (to improve their quality of life, some go for that dream body, others for health reasons, etc.).
Whatever your situation is, I advise you to always keep the following in mind before joining a gym:

  1. Cheap is expensive.
  2. Don’t rely 100% on tik tok, YouTube, Instagram videos if you have no experience whatsoever when it comes to lifting weights.
  3. You are what you eat.
  4. Build short term goals focus on learning Bio mechanics, training techniques, sports nutrition, etc.

For all these reasons it is good to start under the supervision of a trainer who is qualified, committed to his clients, responsible and who always tells you the truth from day 1.

If you have reached this point congratulations ! You are the person I am waiting for to give 1000% of my talent. Don’t hesitate to contact me and remember that diets and training plans are individual. Each person works independently and uniquely. This means that if a Keto diet works for person X, that doesn’t necessarily mean that the same diet will work 100% for you. This is where many people make the mistake of imitating a third party and it is only when they suffer an injury that 70% of people seek out a trainer.

My advice:

Always play it safe from day 1.
Get good advice. Get to know your trainer. You must understand that you must be honest from day 1 if you hire a trainer to do things the right way !

Gaining or losing weight is easy. The problem is that many people do not learn how to stay at the right weight or physical condition and this is where I will give you all the necessary tools !
